Since opening our doors in 2010, all of us at Sakura Cafe have been totally committed to one goal - treating our guests to the most enjoyable dining experience ever. Everything we do is focused on that single goal. We simply refuse to accept anything less. We listen to our guests... and welcome their comments. Among all the comments we receive, three things stand out as separating us from the rest - our top-notch ingredients, our warm, personal service, and the unique combinations that our chefs create. So stop by and see us. We look forward to having you over!
In 1912, the people of Japan sent 3,020 cherry trees to the United States as a gift of friendship. It is by no coincidence that Jade Wu calls her restaurant "Sakura", the Japanese term for the flowering cherry tree that has blossomed so elegantly around our nation's Tidal Basin for a hundred Springs now.
